Two all-new experiences launching next month at Kennedy Space Center

Kennedy Space Center is now taking reservations for two all-new experiences which launch February 14th.

Be a part of the next generation of space explorers that prepare for human’s deep space travel in the all-new Astronaut Training Experience Center, the newest attraction at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

The Astronaut Training Experience (ATX), along with the companion program Mars Base 1, will bring visitors as close to training, living and working on the Red Planet as possible without ever leaving Earth.

Astronaut Training Experience (ATX)
In this completely new program, train like an astronaut preparing for the next mission to Mars like nowhere else on Earth.

Length: 5 hours
Trainees: Individuals or groups, ages 10 and older
Price: $175 (plus tax)

Mars Base 1
Travel, live and work on Mars while performing base operations along with real science and engineering challenges. Solve authentic science and engineering challenges in this landscape of the future.

Length: 7 hours
Trainees: Individuals or groups, ages 10 and older
Price: $150 (plus tax)

Admission to the Astronaut Training Experience does not include daily admission to the visitor complex, but guests do not need daily admission to participate.
