It’s not only the theme parks that hold special events for Halloween, Spooky Nights and Spider Frights are now ‘spooking’ visitors to the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye on International Drive.
Outside from the I-Drive 360 courtyard guests can take selfies with a variety of spiders that have overtaken the building. Visitors can’t miss the first encounter with a spider as a giant 60 foot spider sits above the main terminal building. Nightly at 8 pm, and additionally at 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, visitors can experience Spooky Nights. Over 64,000 LED lights will bring the tallest observation wheel on the United States East Coast to life in a kaleidoscopic ten-minute show synchronized to an iconic Halloween soundtrack. The Halloween light show will run until November 4th.
More Halloween events begin on October 27th at I-Drive 360 with DJs in the courtyard, costume contests, dance parties, a Halloween-themed movie on the 29th and trick-or-treating around the stores at I-Drive 360. Some stores will hand out special items ranging from cookies to drinks.
